Beautiful atmosphere, a surprise when you walk through the modest entrance in the street, and the hotel reveals it's beaty and charm. Helpful and kind reception. Very beautiful rooms, and nice location in the middle of everything.

Excellent souvenir de ce séjour dans un hôtel plein de charme et d'histoire. Nous avons apprécier l'amabilité du personnel à notre service et de très bons conseils.
la seule petite ombre pendant le séjour concerne la réception WIFI dans la chambre qui est très difficile.
Encore Merci pour ce séjour et je recommande vivement la demeure idéalement située au pied de l'Alhambra.

Stayed for just one night. We were given a free upgrade to a junior suite (as we were celebrating a wedding anniversary.)Staff were simply excellent. Our only regret was that we had not booked for longer. However we now have reason to go back and we fully intend to. Thank you to every member of staff for making our short stay feel so special.

Very nice and tasteful place. Just remember to update the way to get to the parking. Indeed, there is no parking plaza puerta real anymore, just parking puerta real... Kind regards
