Exceeded my expectations for finding an historic hotel near the Alhambra for our first visit to Grenada. Loved the character of the hotel. Parking was tricky as we passed the underground parking lot a few times, but when once found, it was much easier process than I thought to get to the hotel.

Satisfactoria, aunque decepcionado porque en la página de internet anuncian un restaurante espectacular, pese a que ya no existe y eso no es correcto. Las empleadas muy amables y diligentes. A la habitación, para cuando es para 4 personas, le sobra el sofá, para que quede más cómoda.

Deluxe room w Alhambra view was extremely noisy. Kept me up until 2am. Terrible. Asked to change room and was told it’s available that night but not the next night. That means someone requested the quiet room. Why does that person take priority over my request and I had to be kept up until 2am? Very disappointed. If you have to put guest in such noisy room a heads up would be nice then the guest could decide for herself.

I don´t have notices about your problems before the reception of your satisfaction poll.
We will review the acoustic insulation of the room Double Deluxe with views to Alhambra, where you stayed, because despite being equipped with a double balcony to preserve the balcony of the seventeenth century, perhaps we can study some other measure to minimize street noise.
I hope you understand this: The hotel is very small with just 5 rooms, each room has a different tipology and when a guest makes a reservation, normally 2-3 months before, they choose a tipology: Junior Suite, Double Deluxe, Family deluxe...
In your case, I know that the reception staff offered you a junior suite for the first night without an extra charge, of course, ( I inform you that this room also has views to Alhambra and also face to the main street), but for the second night the Hotel was fully booked. The next guest had booked Junior Suite and it was not possible a change. It was not a cuestion of priority.
We have not received a complaint of this room before, until your stay. This kind of room id the most reserved by our Guests.
The front desk departament has been advised too , and corrective action has been taken. It was the first day for our recepcionist, I´m really sorry.
Regarding the Alhambra tickets , we are really sorry for the inconveniences. The Alhambra system for general tickets has changed one month before and we cannot buy tickets until your arrival, but this system doesn´t depend on the hotel.
We would like to apologise one more time for all the inconvenience.
I hope you will give us another opportunity to better serve you in a future. It will be a pleasure for us to invite you in our Hotel in your next visit to Granada, please contact with me directly.

I very much enjoyed my stay this boutique hotel at the foot of Alhambra. Staff were very helpful and obliging. My comfortable and generous room with a medieval windowed balcony was on the front of the little street looking out at the river and up at the Alhambra. Location was perfect - easy walk to explore the Alhambra, old city, and the many restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Sitio altamente recomendable. Los empleados son muy amables y está superlimpio. La habitación muy cómoda y la decoración preciosa. Esta en un sitio que es precioso y por la noche es muy tranquilo
