Excelente hotel. Só não gostei da cortina de uma das janelas não vedar a entrada de claridade. Fica um espaço entre a parede e a cortina. Poderiam melhorar.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was beautiful with a great view. The staff were really friendly and even remembered my wife's birthday. Highly recommended

Very good. The only problem is that we hadn't notice that you have to leave car in a parking far away

The hotel is situated in a restricted area that is why the hotel strongly recommends parking the car in one of the two parking it has agreement with. Magnifico hotel, es tal como me lo esperaba, una casa de época, restaurada conservando toda su belleza, la suite en la que estuve es la 4, en esa planta solo hay 2 habitaciones que son las suite junior y tengo que decir que me encantó, fue como retroceder en el tiempo, una casa autentica con techos altos, las ventanas creo que son las originales, o, al menos, las han imitado perfectamente.
Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo a todo el que quiera estar en pleno centro y saborear la esencia de Granada, asomarte a la ventana y ver el riachuelo y en lo alto la Alhambra, es todo una belleza!
Rocío, fue una de las personas con la que más hablé y es un encanto, claro, que todas son igual de amables, pido disculpas por no poder poner sus nombres.
La única pega es que no puedes dejar el coche ni tan siquiera ir en coche al hotel, es bastante complicado y te expones a las multas, ya que en todo el centro no se puede circular.
El hotel tiene concertado 2 parkings, yo que conozco bien Granada, os puedo recomendar el parking TRIUNFO en la avenida de la constitución, hay dos, uno a la altura de La Caleta y otro enfrente de los jardines, aparcar en el enfrente de los jardines, que sales justo a la Gran Vía de Colon y de ahí cuando llegas a al final de la gran vía, giras a la izquierda y es al final de la calle, cuando llegas a la iglesia de Santa Ana, el hotel lo tienes frente a la iglesia. Es un paseo muy agradable y muy cortito, ni merece la pena tomar un taxi.
