I had a great experience! I loved the safety of the resort, the customer service was excellent, and the resort is beautiful. I loved all the pools and swim-up bars. The food at the buffets was good, and the drinks were great. I wish that I would have been granted access to the all-inclusive benefits earlier on the day of my arrival and that the food at the restaurants was better, but overall I had an excellent experience.
