Need of change type of kitchen.
pasta was overcooked and not seasoned. The pasta need to be mixed with the rest of condiment before serving.
rice was not homogenously cooked, topping was not fitting in the dish.
We thank you for your precious feed-back and are happy to see that you appreciated your stay with us. We feel sorry that you did not enjoy our kitchen. Actually, it is never easy to cook for a large groupe of over 80 persons and as the schedule was not always respected, it was very tricky for us to organise the cooking-time and service of the plates. We really hope to welcome you another time in more tranquil circumstances so that you will be able to discover and enjoy our passion and knowledge of good food and wine !
