Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

I have been using your hotel for wintervacation already four or five times and I was comming back since your service was really good. But this time I was really disapointed by your lady at reception desk who called me 4 times within one half of hour (between 10:53 and 11:38) to remove my car from the parking place since I had it parked at the parking which I payed for two days and I should obviosly remove it until 10:00, which I have not been told... Since I was skiing I asked my wife to go there to remove it and she did it within half an hour, but obviously this was very big problem for your hotel, even we were told before comming that we shall arrive with car after 2 p.m., so I expected this is valid for all guests and there should be no problem to leave a car at payed parking place untill mid of the day at which we are leaving. I really did not know this can be so huge problem for you, that you that you threaten me to take my car away by car towing??? ...

Sehr freundliches Personal

Man wurde herzlich empfangen und man hat sich gleich wohlgefühlt.Es wurde einem alles gut erklärt.Es ist eine schöne Einrichtung im gesamten Hotel und ein super tolles Team in jedem Bereich, selbst der Koch bzw die Küchen Mitarbeiter haben sich erkundigt ob man zufrieden ist.Das Hotel befindet sich in einer tollen Lage.

Schönes Hotel,freundliches,bemühtes Personal,Sauber,guter Preis.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Liegt in einer Top Lage von Kärnten. Ein See direkt zum entspannen in der Nähe

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Es hat mich einfach fasziniert was mit Ideen und Fantasie aus eine alten Bausubstanz gemacht werden kann. Die Kombination aus alt und neu wurde genial gelöst.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war einfach ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Es hat alles gepasst, die Zimmer, das Personal, das Essen, was will man mehr.
