Panorama Hotel Turracher Höhe

Optisch von außen nicht wirklich ein Highlight im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels am See, aber innen alles Bestens, alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit, Essen sehr gut, es hat an nichts gefehlt, außer vielleicht Weihnachtsmusik zum Dimmer am 24.12. :-) Abgesehen davon ein wirklich hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Wirklich ein sehr gelungener Urlaub mit allen Komfort, leider gab es eine große Schülergruppe, das war nicht so toll.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

I have been using your hotel for wintervacation already four or five times and I was comming back since your service was really good. But this time I was really disapointed by your lady at reception desk who called me 4 times within one half of hour (between 10:53 and 11:38) to remove my car from the parking place since I had it parked at the parking which I payed for two days and I should obviosly remove it until 10:00, which I have not been told... Since I was skiing I asked my wife to go there to remove it and she did it within half an hour, but obviously this was very big problem for your hotel, even we were told before comming that we shall arrive with car after 2 p.m., so I expected this is valid for all guests and there should be no problem to leave a car at payed parking place untill mid of the day at which we are leaving. I really did not know this can be so huge problem for you, that you that you threaten me to take my car away by car towing??? ...
