Rezervovali sme si rodinnú izbu s Manželkou posteľou a extra posteľ pre nášho syna. V izbe sme mali 3 oddelene postele a izba bola určená a prispôsobená pre invalidov. Pri sťažnosti nám na recepcii iba Pán povedal že mu je to ľúto , že inú voľnú izbu už nemajú a že postele si máme spojiť a bude z toho manželská posteľ. Tak myslím si že takéto jednanie zo strany je trošku neakceptovateľné. Ale keďže sme tam boli iba na jednu noc tak som si povedal že ........ Nechcelo sa mi rozčuľovať.

You have booked a FAMILY room and this type of room was available for you. Unfortunately, due to staff mistake the bed configuration was wrong and not prepare along your request. At the time when you asked for another room, unfortunately the same type of room was not available that is why the receptionist said that there were no rooms for change. Usually in this kind of situations we offer an up grade but because of almost full occupancy it was not possible this time. We are really sorry for an unprofessional behavior of the receptionist.
We do hope that you will give us another chance and come back to us so that we can improve the impressions related to our facility.

Wszystko ok, poza mailem który otrzymałam w temacie konieczności podania danych do faktury w określonym terminie, w przeciwnym wypadku faktura zostanie wystawiona na osobę - poczułam jakby ktoś mi groził konsekwencjami. A w recepcji ponownie zostałam poproszona o dane do faktury. Po co to?

Niezmiernie nam miło widzieć najwyższą ocenę naszego hotelu. Serdecznie dziękujemy za zaufanie. Chciałabym wyjaśnić jednak kwestię związaną z danymi do faktury - absolutnie nikt tutaj Pani nie chce grozić i jeśli się Pani tak poczuła bardzo przepraszamy. Mail i pytanie przy recepcji o fakturę jest po to aby goście sobie nie przypomnieli o tym za późno,ponieważ później nie ma możliwości korekty faktury.
Mamy nadzieję, że jeszcze Pani nas odwiedzi w przyszłości.

Jestem zadowolona, byt wysoka cena za śniadania

Od samego początku pracownicy hotelu okazali nam uprzejmość i wyrozumiałość. Na prośbę mogliśmy zameldować się w pokoju kilka godzin szybciej. Pokój był bardzo wygodny, pięknie urządzony. Nic nie zakłócało naszego spokoju.

W pokoju 305 trzeba naprawić klimatyzację, ponieważ nawet ustawiona na najbardziej intensywne chłodzenie, nie dawała rady schłodzić pomieszczenia (a na zewnątrz nie było aż tak gorąco).

Serdecznie dziękujemy za podzielenie się z nami opinią. Bardzo przepraszamy za problem z klimatyzacją - walczymy z tym problemem niemniej zdajemy sobie sprawę jak bardzo jest to uciążliwie podczas gorących dni. Mimo wszystko mamy nadzieję, że odwiedzi nas Pan ponownie.
