Not great. Room was lovely, shame waste of beautiful room, Tv in room big but only 1 English Channel which was the news and unable to connect iPhone to watch something. Pillows very soft, need updating and mattress hard. Not enough information from reception staff in regard to times and breakfast and location of facilities, card stopped working a few times and had to come back to reception to get it amended to let me in my room door. Loud banging and music. Ok for a quick stop but unfortunately won’t be returning.

Hotel bardzo ładny, pokoje ładnie urządzone a przede wszystkim komfortowo.
Żałujemy że trafiliśmy na remont salki fitness i sauny.
Niestety opcja bardzo dobrego śniadania w cenie 75 zł pozostaje dużo do życzenia, oferta i bufet śniadaniowy na poziomie 2 lub 3 gwiazdkowego hotelu w cenie 35 zł. Wszystko było świeże, jednak mocny niedosyt i brak różnorodności pozostał.

Bardzo dziękujemy za opinię na temat Park Hotel Diament Wrocław. Cieszymy się, że personel stanął na wysokości zadania i pozostawił miłe wrażenia. Bardzo przepraszamy za utrudnienia związane z korzystaniem salki fitness i sauny. Wszelkie uwagi dotyczące śniadań przekażemy do kierownika restauracji. Mamy nadzieję na ponowne spotkanie. Ogólnie, nie zostałem poinformowany, że nie działa strefa wellness , nie otrzymałem z tego tytułu żadnego rabatu , a przypominam jesteście hotelem 4 gwiazdkowym . Jednym z głównych argumentów przy wyborze była strefa wellness

Bardzo przepraszamy, za brak informacji przy zameldowaniu, że strefa fitness jest w renowacji natomiast zaznaczę, że na każdym portalu mamy informację, że strefa fitness jest niedostępna. W nawiązaniu do śniadań bardzo przepraszamy za wszelkie niedopatrzenia a wszelkie uwagi przekażemy do kierownika restauracji. Mamy nadzieję, że jeszcze kiedyś da nam pan szansę i do nas wróci.
