The welcome starts the moment Emilio arrives at the station with his warm hello, when you walk into the hotel you are made to feel that the staff have been waiting all year for your return visit. This year I hurt my knee and had to miss my last days skiing and spend the day in the hotel - the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff was lovely and the provision of ice packs very much appreciated.

We passed your wishes about the vegetarian meals to the chefs and they will keep that in mind for their next creations! Thank you!

Yes, Yes, Yes! We always look forward to our visits as we know that there is a consistent high standard of hospitality. Therefore as soon as we are picked up, by Emilio, at the train station we relax knowing that our needs will be taken care of. The staff work as a team. This makes for a very good atmosphere.

Thank you for your compliments. We are happy that you stayed with us another time and to hear that you always look forward to your next visit. We always look forward seeing all our regular clients, too, because it gives the special and familiar atmosphere to our hotel.

We will pass your idea about the music to the pianist and we are sure he will find some variation within his repertoire for next year!

ir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt! Am besten gefallen hat uns die persönliche Atmosphäre, das Zimmer war toll ausgestattet, die Kaffeemaschine haben wir sehr geschätzt. auch den abschliessbaren Ski-/-schuhschrank.
