Op zich een mooi hotel, maar vijf sterren is het niet waard. Onvriendelijk personeel, manager ontbijt die tekeer gaat tegen een medewerker in het bijzijn van de gasten. Kan echt niet. Ook de kamers zijn gedateerd. Excuus dat het 5 jaar geleden slechter was heb ik nu geen boodschap aan. Manager Receptie heeft me prima geholpen, maar beaamde wel dat renovatie wenselijk is. Prettig was wel dat de bar tot 1.30 open was, maar een cocktail om 15.30 is niet mogelijk, terwijl het wel in de menukaart staat (stond nergens dat dit pas vanaf 17u was). Kamer erg warm bij aankomst. Zonde van de energieverbruik.
