Very good (reception, housekeeping, staff at the breakfast, treats for our dog, etc.
However the food and the reception at the Kuppelhalle were definitely NOT GOOD. The food, starter and main were Terrible: almost cold Hochzeitsuppe with the surprise addition of pieces of tofu (leftovers from the marriage that day perhaps (?), risotto and salmon with a lot of pieces of sugared cashews (risotto had pieces of caramel from the candied nuts) , meat that looked like a few strips of leftover pieces of pheasant, very very well done, etc. The desert was fortunately good. In total far, far, far below par. Not what one would expect from a five star hotel. We did not dare to try the other restaurant after this experience.
