Ich liebe das Parkhotel, aber die Schwächen nehmen zu! Das extrem lästige bestellen des Frühstücks mit der App raubte mir die Nerven!

Really disappointed. How do you organize a party with high-volume music until 1 am?
Your solution to be able to sleep was a pair of foam earplugs... Really...
Worst luxury type hotel ever...
Poor organization... my room was booked since July, you had enough time to manage the rooms. No compensation, just a pair of earplugs. What about a massage the next day or something...

Bl**dy rubbish - I am a customer of 42 years. The former snow room now a cabinett room, hot tub now boarded overm sauna too cold, the grotto mural in swimming pool painted over, clock not visible in darkness outside, and as I came out no apples or fruit to eat - and completely unattended as I left. Not 5 star !!
