Empfang ( Reception) war gestern 27/9 um ca 17.30 unfreundlich und ueberhaupt nicht ’service-minded’. Alles was wir gefragt haben war fuer diese Frau sehr ’muehesam’. Der Mann heute morgen war dagegen sehr freundlig und zuvorkommend!
