Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie sich insgesamt wohlgefühlt haben und unser Frühstücksangebot sowie die Auswahl im Restaurant Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Ihr Lob zur Freundlichkeit des Teams und zur Lage unseres Hauses wissen wir besonders zu schätzen.

Wat een geweldige feedback en wat een fijn verblijf!
We zijn blij dat u zich bij ons op uw gemak voelde en hebt genoten van de sfeer, het ontbijt en ons restaurant. We stellen de vriendelijke woorden over ons team en de bijzondere lof voor de rustige, natuurlijke omgeving zeer op prijs.
We kijken er nu al naar uit u in november weer te mogen verwelkomen en wensen u tot die tijd een prettig verblijf.

Disappointed by the overall standard offered by the hotel.

Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions of your stay with us. We are very sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations of our hotel.

We have carefully noted your comments regarding missing amenities such as a coffee maker and other comfort features in the rooms. We particularly understand your concerns regarding the value for money and the amenities, which did not meet your expectations for a 4-star hotel.

We are sorry that you encountered a wait during your visit to the restaurant and that the staff did not attend to you adequately. At the same time, we take your request for vegan and gluten-free options very seriously and will incorporate this feedback into our future planning.

It is a shame to read that the leisure activities in our area did not quite meet your expectations. We thank you for your positive comments regarding the breakfast, cleanliness, and location.
