Herzlicher, sehr komfortabler Service. Auf Wünsche wird schnell reagiert und man ist stets darum bemüht, eine zufriedenstellende Lösung zu finden. Freundliches Personal und gehobener Service.

Overall it was great. I am German but went with my English partner and two friends. The service is super lovely! Everything was really clean and we had the most amazing fish with truffled mash. I can only recommend this place highly and would come back again. Spa was great as well. Minor things that would make it even better is having maybe a little fridge/mini bar and a kettle in the room. The only negative bit which was not the fault of the hotel at all but some of the other guests made some rather discriminatory remarks because we were quite a diverse group - but this happens and is absolutely not the fault of the hotel who were lovely.

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Perfekt zum abschalten und entspannen. Toller Service von netten Menschen und sehr leckeres Essen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. :)
