1. The room was ok, except for the temperature in the room which cannot be adjusted somehow from the room...I was a bit cold

2. I was disturbed by the fact that you forced me to give you my card data on the grounds that a guarantee is needed, in case I would damage something.
Upon departure, the receptionist asked to check the room (which was without problems) but if you check the room before I left the hotel, why was the card still needed?
I'm sorry that I didn't offer you money cash because you still have this fix with the guarantee, and when I was leaving you would be back. I now have a stress that I can wake up with money take from the card without any justification, or maybe even without being notified...that is, an action equivalent to a theft, because I have not caused you any harm.
