Sadly there were only 2 full size towels provided for our family of 4 (about 8 smaller towels!) unfortunately we all had showers one after another in the evening and so didn't realise sooner.

Also the sofa bed, unbeknownst to us, had already been broken and attempted to be fixed - however my 8 year old son kept falling out of bed on the second night - when I looked at it the whole of the side was broken down in the middle!! This isn't what I expected of the Suite experience and sadly overshadowed the lovely other touches like the minibar and kids treats etc...
The receptionist didn't offer any refund initially, but I asked for some money off our restaurant amount, but I don't think €11 really cuts it - I'd be happy to discuss with someone from management, please.
Was nice having our assigned parking space.

Das Hotel ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut gelegen und sowohl zur Messe und in die Innenstadt gut erreichbar. Wir sind als Gruppe schon Jahre in dem Hotel zu Gast und freuen uns immer wieder dort zu sein. Der Empfang und auch der Service sind herausragend! Stets zuvorkommend und freundlich - ganz so wie man es sich wünscht:-)
