Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service. Bei manchen Zimmern gibt es durch die Möbel einen merkwürdigen Geruch. Tausch der Zimmer aber ohne Weiteres möglich.

Gutes Hotel , Parkplätze vorhanden , etwas vom Zentrum entfernt , gute Anbindung zu Bahn und Bus.

Wenn man weiß welche Zimmer man buchen muss, kann man sehr ruhig und erholsam schlafen. ;-) Ansonsten ist das Hotel perfekt gelegen wenn man zu einer Veranstaltung in der Lanxess Arena möchte.

PhiLeRo is a very friendly, well kept and well located hotel. The staff in particular were excellent and helped us with everything required with good humour and spirit. It was an excellent place to base ourselves for Euro 2024. We really appreciated the barbecue on the day of the big Scotland game - that was a very nice gesture.

Schönes gepflegtes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal und ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt.
