Hotel is very nice, breakfast is great, excellent choice of food. One minor comment, when I was booking the room on the website, I left a message with request to give 2 rooms suite. After arrival, I got to know that it's actually one room suite. Although this one was good, but it would be better in the future to react to specific clients' requests. In general, everything was fine. Best regards

Dear guest, thank you very much for your feedback. We always try to fullfil all our guest's wishes. This time it wasn't possible, because our suite with 2 seperate rooms was already occupied and you have just booked your suite 1 day prior arrival. And we only have 2 suites.
But we are glad that everything else was ok and you have enjoyed your stay.

Rundherum alles Tip Top... der Aufenthalt war wieder viel zu schnell vorbei... der nächste Köln Besuch... ist ein weiterer Besuch in Philero Hotel am Bennoplatz schon klar
P.S. Der kleine persönliche Gruß auf dem Zimmer am Anreisetag... spitze....man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause
