Es wundert uns nur, dass Sie den Punkt Sauberkeit mit nur 3 Punkten bewertet hatten. Gerade die Sauberkeit im Haus wird von dem Großteil unserer Gäste als sehr positiv bewertet.

Unser Geschäftsführer hatte am Samstag aufgrund Ihrer Bewertung das W-Lan geprüft und es lief einwandfrei. Kann es sein, dass Sie ein Apple Gerät haben? Da muss das W-Lan ein klein wenig anders gestartet werden. Unsere Empfangsmitarbeiter hätten Ihnen gerne dabei geholfen.
