The bar was great and Jessi made us delicious nonalcoholic, refreshing drinks in the evenings. Had a great time at Gamescom and came back exhausted to comfortable, quiet rooms were perfect. Easy parking as well. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful.

Freundlich, nett, klein. Zum Übernachten mit Frühstück ausreichend. Tiefgarageneinfahrt sehr eng.

Very good hotel, nice staff. Clean room and confortable bed.
Only down side, we can easily hear people walking the floor above.

Das Badezimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer direkt über dem Außenbereich der Bar. Das führte zur Lärmbelästigung und der Zigarettenrauch kam durchs geöffnete Fenster. War aber der einzige Minuspunkt

Sauberes, komfortables Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück und äußerst freundlichen Mitarbeiter*innen. Leider wurde uns erst am Ankunftstag mitgeteilt, dass die gebuchte und bestätigte Zimmerkategorie zur Gartenseite nicht mehr zur Verfügung stehe. Ein kostenlos gewährtes Zimmerupgrade befand sich dann leider zur lauteren Bahnlinien/Straßenseite.
