I was quite pleased with the hotel, except for one thing. I arrived late in the evening, around 23:45. When I arrived the entrance doors to the hotel were locked and there was no one at the front desk to open them. I rang the bell but no one came. I had to stand in front of the hotel in the middle of the night awaiting entry. I think I waited about 8 minutes until someone appeared. Although he was very apologetic and friendly, a good hotel like yours cannot be locked up at night, with entry being made difficult. As it was my first visit I was very worried about what I would do if no one opened the door. Not a good first impression.
