The hotel is wonderful, staff care and level of service towards customers is exceptional. It is obvious high standards mean a lot to the staff, and they execute the high standard of service that paying customers would expect. Absolutely no complaints.

Wir haben das zweite Mal in 4 Monaten in diesem Hotel gewohnt und sind rundum zufrieden , wirklich zufrieden , mit allem .
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nicht aufgesetzt .
Super Zental gelegen.
Frühstück ist sehr gut .
Auto war in der Tiefgarage gut geparkt.
Wir kommen öfter nach Potsdam und haben " unser " Hotel gefunden.
