An enjoyable stay but had to change room.
The air conditioning had to be left on at all times because otherwise the noise was unacceptable whilst trying to sleep.
The shower pressure would drop and scalding hot water would come out and burn us.
Upon checking out we were not asked if everything was satisfactory with the facilities.

The hotel was fantastic, the restaurant/bar was lacking, bar staff paid no interest to get their attention nor use proper measures for wine, some cases a mouthful at 7 euros

Lovely hotel, clean, great rooms, jacuzzi and sauna to relax if required at end of the day sight seeing. Food was good staff friendly definitely recommend and would stay there again if visiting Budapest.
