Overall after the change in room it suited our needs, but given what I’ve mentioned above we would not return, at no point were we asked if we wanted to eat in the restaurant which was probably for the best, we saw 6 people accross the entire 4 days in the restaurant which is alarming, having worked in hospitality for 15 years and being head chef in a Michelin plate hotel with 2 Rosettes I would of expected a far better offering than what we recieved,

Wonderful hotel!
Fantastic customer service, great location and excellent value for money. Lovely bedroom, comfortable beds and excellent amenities. Would definitely recommend.

Great holiday.
We will return to Budapest and absolutely stay at the Prestige Hotel again.
Our main reason for staying here was the location but the hotel was also extremely comfortable and reasonably priced. We had no negative points to raise after our stay here

We loved our stay at prestige hotel. We'll definitely use the hotel when we return. All staff were great. The room was perfect. The location is ideal. Breakfast was as good as any cafe and we were made to feel very welcome. Thank you.

Appearance of the hotel totally luxurious but when you enter it the smell take al lot of your total experience
