Fantastic Hotel, staff couldn’t do enough for you, polite, smiling & welcoming. The location is perfect, just round the corner from the Basilica. Room had everything you need & more. Safe, robes, hairdryer, shower was huge. Beds changed daily & room cleaned. Coffee machine, TV.

Very nice experience. The room was kind of small, but the staff was exceptional. The fresh lemonade on those really hot days was amazing and a really nice gesture.

I don’t think it was hotel’s error, more on the lack of clear descriptions that standard rooms do not come with a bathtub. I was quite disappointed that we couldn’t upgrade the room with a bath tub for the entire stay. We did not want to pack and change on the second night. Other than that everyone was polite and service was great.
