Very nice stay in the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Easy access to lots of stuff from the location.

Bien pero lo esperábamos mejor

Muchas gracias por tomarse el tiempo para compartir sus comentarios sobre su reciente estancia en el Prestige Hotel Budapest.

Nos complace que haya apreciado nuestra céntrica ubicación, la limpieza de su habitación y el atento servicio de nuestro equipo. Agradecemos enormemente sus amables palabras y las compartiremos como un estímulo para nuestro personal.

Al mismo tiempo, lamentamos sinceramente que algunos aspectos de su estancia no hayan cumplido plenamente sus expectativas, en particular la variedad del desayuno y el agua embotellada en la habitación. En relación con esto último, permítanos mencionar que Hungría cuenta con agua del grifo de excelente calidad que cumple con todas las normativas sanitarias y es potable. Por ello, le ofrecemos, como un gesto amable, agua embotellada de cortesía a su llegada, junto con menaje para preparar té y café gratis en la habitación.

Le aseguramos que sus observaciones se han compartido con los departamentos correspondientes y que también transmitiremos sus comentarios constructivos a nuestro restaurante asociado, ya que la satisfacción de nuestros huéspedes mutuos es muy importante para nosotros.
