At the same time, we are sorry to learn that breakfast offering did not fully meet your expectations on this occasion. The Michelin-recommended Costes Downtown provides a high-quality extended continental breakfast, and we are sorry if it did not match what you had anticipated. Please note that basic egg dishes are included in the breakfast offering, while special egg dishes can be prepared to order at an additional cost. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will share it with our partner team to ensure continued attention to guest satisfaction.
Regarding the wellness experience, please kindly note, that our primarily city property offers a “relax room” as an extra indulgence.
