We arrived late and the welcome was excellent and we're offered a free of charge upgrade.
The reception staff always there to help and give information.
We were always greeted with a warm welcome.

Wonderful stay. Now disappointed that we hadn’t booked a longer stay. This is the perfect hotel if visiting Budapest.
