Loved the hotel and the experience

The room was very warm the first night and there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it was very humid. Also no counter space in the bathroom which made it difficult with a power converter. Very high bath tub which made it difficult for an older person to get in and out.

The hotel and staff were excellent.
In the room ,no mirror above the desk.
Receiving two free bottles of water on the first day then been asked to pay for the rest of the week is a little bit mean

Fantastic Hotel! Super clean, ultra-modern fixtures in classic styling, great location. Three blocks to the Danube and Chain Bridge. Located on a quiet street. We heard zero noise. We were upgraded to a suite which was HUGE! Breakfast buffet was excellent with a broad selection of hot egg and meat dishes, cold cuts, fruit, breads, etc. Atrium lobby will astound you when you first enter. Everything about this hotel was to the highest standards and quality. The elevators are all-glass and stainless, quiet, and FAST. Staff was highly professional, friendly and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The hotel, staff and location exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed staying at the prestige and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest. Our room had every amenity you might want and was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The chocolates and turndown service were a welcoming tough each evening.
