Loved our stay at your beautiful hotel. Staff amazing, friendly and helpful.
Breakfast excellent with brilliant waiter service.

Fantastic, it's the little things that count, like the complementary water and chocolate, the use of the spa towels outside the hotel, the turn down service (only had this once though). The knowledge of the reception / concierge of the local buses etc was invaluable. The popcorn in the bar was very moreish and we fully appreciated the dishes being replenished! The whole hotel was so plush and such a treat to stay in. As with all things, if it had been a little cheaper it would have been 5 for value for money. I'd definitely recommend your hotel to friends if they were looking for a special place to stay in Budapest. Thank you.
