We had an amazing time in Budapest and found your staff very professional and service minded at all times.
At Breakfast again the staff were very helpful and we would to particularly mention
Sanka the lovely Brazilian man who brought us great coffee made especially and better than the normal one used for topping up. also Gready was very good too as was all your staff.

Overall we were quite happy with our stay, but we left with a bad taste. I accidentally left my personal belonging in the room after we left, knowing exactly where I left it. We then came back to ask for it just after room was cleaned. Turns out no one hasn't got any clue where it was, but I'm certain it has just been taken by someone.

Arrived early from our ship, our luggage was looked after while we had a look around Budapest, our room was ready early which was great with our luggage already in our room. Had to go to the airport early the next morning 2am wake up call received, thanks for that.
