The most amazing hotel. Just wonderful. Would not stay anywhere else when I revisit Budapest. Will be recommending to everyone.

Average, with the terrible shower leakage-and no hot water/,wasn’t a good experience

While we are pleased to hear that you appreciated our convenient location near the river and found the hotel to be clean, we sincerely regret the inconvenience you experienced with the shower leakage and the lack of hot water. We fully understand how uncomfortable this must have been, especially after a long journey, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

As you also mentioned, our team offered you a room change as an immediate solution; however, we completely understand your decision not to relocate after settling in. In an effort to ease the inconvenience, we were pleased to offer complimentary breakfast and waive the city tax, and we hope these gestures provided some compensation for the disruption.

Regarding your comments on breakfast, we would like to highlight that it is served in our partner restaurant, Costes Downtown, a Michelin-recommended fine dining venue. Rather than offering an extensive selection, the focus is placed on exceptional quality, using fresh, premium ingredients and providing first-class service to create a refined culinary experience.

Please be assured that your feedback has been taken seriously and shared with our maintenance team. We are reviewing the matter carefully to ensure that similar situations are handled more efficiently and comfortably for our guests in the future.

Not so good. Gym really ??

While our city property offers „relax room” as an extra indulgence, our helpful concierge is always happy to recommend nearby professional fitness centers and Budapest’s renowned thermal baths, ensuring guests can make the most of their wellness experience.
The Michelin-recommended Costes Downtown provides a rich, high-quality extended continental breakfast, and we are sorry if it did not match what you had anticipated. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will share it with our partner team to ensure continued attention to guest satisfaction.

Great just the bar issue and the poor coffee
