Very impressed (and impressive hotel). I was told this was a 4-star hotel and yet the appearance, service and amenity were all 5-star

Definitely would stay here again. I will recommend this property to others ! The staff deserves a good acknowledgment from management. All staff top notch from the manager down —- we had dealings with all levels of staff over our three days and each person was friendly and helpful.

We felt at home if you may say so: Save, looked after, it is clean and cosy and very quiet. We had a wonderful stay at your Hotel and also in Budapest itself. A very nice place to be, thank you all.
