Our stay at the Prestige Hotel was quite pleasant. The hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness throughout our visit, and the service was consistent with the expectations of a hotel in its class. The hotel's central location, while convenient, didn't offer any remarkable views, though it allowed us to easily explore the city on foot or by using the Hop-on bus.

Our suite, Room 416, had a generous overall size but some unusual proportions. The small shower room left something to be desired, and the bedroom, though comfortable, lacked adequate storage space. On the positive side, the living area was spacious, albeit with a somewhat cramped tea and coffee setup that shared space with clothes storage. The decor was modern and well-maintained, offering a fresh and clean atmosphere.

In summary, the Prestige Hotel is a nice place to stay, though it doesn't quite reach the level of amazing. While it has its strengths, including cleanliness and location, some room configurations may leave you wishing for more functional space.

We had an amazing time in Budapest and found your staff very professional and service minded at all times.
At Breakfast again the staff were very helpful and we would to particularly mention
Sanka the lovely Brazilian man who brought us great coffee made especially and better than the normal one used for topping up. also Gready was very good too as was all your staff.
