Overall we were quite happy with our stay, but we left with a bad taste. I accidentally left my personal belonging in the room after we left, knowing exactly where I left it. We then came back to ask for it just after room was cleaned. Turns out no one hasn't got any clue where it was, but I'm certain it has just been taken by someone.

Arrived early from our ship, our luggage was looked after while we had a look around Budapest, our room was ready early which was great with our luggage already in our room. Had to go to the airport early the next morning 2am wake up call received, thanks for that.

Good experience even though upon arrival we had a problem with the transfer your organized. Reception solved it but some of the people there should be told that a ‘welcome to our hotel’ and ‘how was your trip’ would be appreciated. Others on the conteary were nice and helpful but first impressions die hard. I wrote to avoid cushions and throws on the beds, they said they would and they didn’t. Being my third time in uour hotel this time I found everything was kind of improvised and it lacks someone to coordinate with more attention to details. In Budapest now there is mich more competition and you should give a thought how to be competitive instead of relying on location only

Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. Its in a great location too, and breakfast was a great start to our days.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in perfekt zentraler Lage. Leider ließ sich die Klimaanlage nicht deaktivieren, bzw. war recht laut.

This hotel has the most comfortable bed and excellent shower. The breakfast made for a great start to each day.

Great except at a 4 star hotel one would expect a bar open every day and night to meet with and entertain friends colleagues or clients.

Extremely awkward to have push on a door to a dark room and try to order.

And same for front desk to try and explain- “kind of closed and kind of open” Huh? 🤷‍♂️

Especially a place with an acclaimed restaurant like yours.

Open and staff the bar. People understand restaurants have days off.
