Very good, my only complaint, and it's not really a complaint. But I think the lobby area lacks a little atmosphere, maybe some seating in the middle, with some plants.

Collection for departure was arranged when I checked in.
On departure taxi was late then dropped us at the wrong place. As I could not speak Hungarian I could not seem to convey this to the driver. Had to walk about 1000m to the Viking berth with our cases.

Gyönyörü Hotel. Nagyon jo helyen. Nagyon jo, kedves szemelyzet, recepcio, etterem. Taxi szolgaltatas a palyaudvarra szuper. Biztosan jövünk ujra.

We thought the service of staff and presentation of hotel was excellent. Will certainly recommend to friends and family who will be visiting there in the next 2 years.
