Excellent. The only issue was the pillows. I would request different ones next time

We are delighted to learn that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated our central location, attentive service, cleanliness, breakfast, and restaurant experience. It is especially rewarding to know that our team contributed positively to your visit and that you would highly recommend our hotel.

At the same time, we are sorry to hear that your experience in the wellness area did not meet your expectations. Regarding the jacuzzi, we sincerely regret that it was unavailable during your stay due to a technical issue. Unfortunately, the matter required more extensive repairs than initially anticipated, and the jacuzzi remains temporarily out of service. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We also appreciate your comments regarding the size of our gym and relax room. As a city-centre boutique hotel, the available space for these facilities is naturally more limited than at dedicated fitness centers and spa hotels. While our intention is to provide a pleasant opportunity for relaxation and light exercise as an added benefit to our guests' stay, we fully understand that the facilities may not meet everyone's expectations.
