Hotel bellissimo, pulitissimo, personale gentile ed attento. Ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia per festeggiare il compleanno ed è stata una sorpresa perché non lo avevamo comunicato.
Un grande inconveniente è, purtroppo, l’impossibilità di aprire le finestre che comunque non accedono mai all’esterno, ma solo nel cortile che ospita la hall. Manca ossigeno nelle camere e da un senso di claustrofobia. Non so se esistono camere con accesso all’esterno.

La ringraziamo molto per la sua gentile recensione e per aver scelto il nostro Prestige Hotel Budapest per celebrare un'occasione così speciale. Siamo davvero lieti che abbia gradito la sorpresa di compleanno e l'attenzione del nostro team, nonché gli elevati standard di pulizia in tutto l'hotel.

Comprendiamo che le nostre camere affacciate sul cortile interno possano risultare meno ariose, poiché le finestre si aprono sul suggestivo atrio vetrato. La preghiamo di essere certo che il sistema di ventilazione integrato è progettato per garantire una costante circolazione di aria fresca, mantenendo un ambiente confortevole. Per gli ospiti che preferiscono una vista sulla strada con finestre completamente apribili, sono disponibili camere di categoria superiore su richiesta. Ci dispiace di non essere stati informati della sua preferenza durante il soggiorno, poiché saremmo stati lieti di aiutarla con un cambio di camera con un piccolo supplemento, previa disponibilità.

Per quanto riguarda la nostra area benessere e palestra – che chiamiamo "sala relax", anche perché si tratta di uno spazio ricreativo più compatto –, in quanto boutique hotel cittadino, la offriamo come un'aggiunta rilassante piuttosto che come una spa o un centro fitness completo. Pur essendo di dimensioni più contenute, speriamo che la jacuzzi vi abbia offerto un piacevole momento di relax durante il vostro soggiorno e vi ringraziamo per la comprensione.

Vi ringraziamo inoltre per il vostro feedback sulla colazione. Il nostro ristorante partner, Costes Downtown, un locale raccomandato dalla Guida Michelin, si concentra su ingredienti di alta qualità e proposte raffinate, piuttosto che su un'ampia selezione. Sebbene molti ospiti apprezzino questo approccio, comprendiamo che i gusti siano diversi e apprezziamo i vostri commenti sulla varietà, in particolare sulla selezione di dolci.

Great location if you are staying a few days before taking a Viking Cruise. We were able to walk from the hotel to the Viking River Cruiseship docking area easily. Hotel staff was very nice. The rooms are are quaint.
