My husband described the Hotel as probably the best we have ever stayed in! Which summed it up perfectly.

The overall experience was good.I have one negative and that is the TV programming.We were not able to have any entertainment options or ability to log in to any movie apps of our own. A hotel as nice as this should have had a smart television with these options and programming should have been adequate. Especially for English-speaking customers.

I would not hesitate to stay at the Prestige again. The staff are well trained, polite and eager to help. They are a credit to the hotel. The only thing I would want, is adding more options to the room service menu.
