Very friendly and helpful staff, great location. Nice touches like daily chocolates and weather forecast for following day, when turning the bed down.

Nous sommes ravis d'apprendre que votre expérience vous a globalement plu, notamment grâce à la courtoisie de notre personnel, la propreté de nos installations et la qualité de notre petit-déjeuner. Nous sommes également heureux de savoir que vous avez apprécié notre emplacement dans le 5e arrondissement, qui vous a permis de découvrir et de profiter de ce quartier animé de la ville.

Nous regrettons que la vue de votre chambre sur la cour intérieure n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. La plupart de nos chambres donnent en effet sur l'atrium, un atout unique de notre établissement, conçu pour offrir un cadre calme et lumineux grâce à sa verrière. Ces chambres sont ventilées par un système de circulation d'air intégré. Pour vos prochains séjours, nous vous invitons à envisager une chambre de catégorie supérieure avec vue sur la rue, que vous pouvez réserver à l'avance moyennant un léger supplément. Nous sommes désolés de ne pas avoir été informés de ce point lors de votre visite, car nous aurions été ravis de vous proposer des solutions alternatives.

Nous prenons également en compte vos commentaires concernant la salle de fitness. Bien que notre espace détente comprenne une salle de sport et un jacuzzi offerts gratuitement à nos clients, nous sommes conscients que cet espace est limité comparé à un centre de bien-être complet ou une salle de sport professionnelle. Nous espérons que les autres équipements et services ont contribué à votre confort.
