Una vacanza a 5 stelle in una struttura meravigliosa, nel centro di Budapest vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni. Questa é la seconda volta che soggiornavo in questo hotel e non vedo lora di tornarci.

I cannot express my gratitude highly enough to all the staff.
Nothing was too much trouble, your hospitality was a breath of fresh air.
I would like to say a special thank you to Barbara. When we checked in, my wife began to feel unwell. Her professionalism and clarity of the situation certainly helped ease both me and my wife's anxiety.
I would like to also say a special thank you to Recka, I apologise if I have misspelt her name, but her can do/will do attitude, especially when dealing with an old guy about train tickets to Vienna, is commendable. She also has
a natural ability to connect with people in such way, that is an art, that very few people possess.

we are vegan and the sheaf made us every morning different breakfast it was very good and we appreciates it the staff was very helpful on any issues that we ask for and i want to thank them personally
