Next time at the counter, staff member should check who's waiting first and mention a person who cut in a queue. I understand this is not staff's fault, but also not a very good experience for a customer who was just waiting in order.

Wonderful stay at the Prestige Hotel. Very well presented and exceptionally clean.Staff excellent, very helpful especially with v good local restaurants. Rooms lovely. Only one thing which we would recommend would be a lovely little bar area in addition to the restaurant ( maybe in the room to the left of the entrance) Would not stop us returning.Thank you Prestige for a wonderful stay.
