Experience was pleasant, everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast had an ok variety for us, only had their service once. Ordered room service twice and that was a great experience, fast and the food was good.
One complain I have was the fact that we were there from the States and were jet-lagged, so we would sleep in. Our room was 601 next to the cleaning service room and one morning, the doors slammed all morning, no consideration that our "Do Not Disturb" sign was on the door. They also vacuumed this same particular morning and they would hit our room door with the vacuum. We didn't say anything at the time for fear of retaliation. Cleaning people should be better monitored.

Other than this the Prestige is a lovely hotel in a good location.

Amazing took boyfriend for 40th birthday and it couldn't have gone better. Staff are welcoming and helpful

Very good! only thing is that the TV size if quite small, difficult to see from bed

Excellent hotel, staff went above and beyond to make your stay amazing with recommendations for restaurants, directions to attractions, they also organised a fantastic airport transfer. Excellent location for the Christmas markets
Breakfast selection and service we could not fault.
The rooms and hotel furnishings are to a very high standard which we really appreciated. Thank you to everyone at prestige!!

Great stay in a lovely hotel

We loved the hotel. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was cosy and very warm.. and loved the bed. The only disappointment was that there was no bar to sit in and have an evening drink. The lobby was very elegant but it had uncomfortable sofas.. which were not conducive to sitting and chatting.. an inviting bar would have been much appreciated.. if the lobby has plenty of space for a cosy bar area.. coffees in the morning and drinks in the afternoon/evening!
