The overall experience was magic. The staff, bedroom and breakfast were wonderful. Well placed in Budapest and near all the historical places, it is for us the best hotel in Budapest.

The little interaction we had with the hotel staff was appropriate and professional.
The transfer drivers to/from airport need customer service training as there communication was little more than a grunt Not the greatest experience, I appreciate they are probably an agency of your hotel but still represent it .
Otherwise the hotel facilitated our 4 day city visit and we will return with our family.

Brilliant. Could not fault this perfect little hotel in the centre of Budapest. Would definitely recommend and will return. Would give it 11 out of 10 if I could. Thank you so much

I've been to Budapest many times, but this is the first time staying at the Prestige hotel. From now on this will be my hotel of preference.

There is no question where will stay on our next visit to Budapest. We will also highly recommend the Prestige Hotel to all our friends and family
