Hotel was beautiful and very close to the christmas markets. It provided easy access to all the tourist attractions i wanted to see. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was excellent, they even provided a turn-down service with chocolates. Given the current USD exchange rates, hotel provided comfort and luxury at a fair price.

Everything was just right, ready when you need it and all the staff are genuinely polite and enjoying their jobs. Well done!

Really a lovely hotel with excellent staff and perfect location. Breakfast was awesome.
