Lovely staying, elegant and central hotel, polite and efficient staff.
In my room at fifth floor the Wi-Fi connection was not a table, preventing from using internet.

The staff were all extremely friendly and so helpful. The room was amazing and so clean. When we arrived, there was a complimentary bottle of wine and bottles of water. Each morning the room was cleaned and at night the curtains were pulled and we were left chocolates on our bed. we had CNN and BBC News so nice to be able to watch some TV also. Lovely location to walk around

The first night had not realised the window wasnt fully closed so a lot of noise in the morning echoeing up from downstairs
But once that was done at night could not hear it in morning .Some noise in morning but our room was located beside cleaners room for getting set up .A quieter room would have been ideal.
But overall it was a nice experience
Hotel lovely,nice decor ,clean ,good location and helpful and friendly staff

Very nice stay easy access to sightseeing the staff were really good on reception and at breakfast

Next time at the counter, staff member should check who's waiting first and mention a person who cut in a queue. I understand this is not staff's fault, but also not a very good experience for a customer who was just waiting in order.
