It was a very nice hotel in a great location but the staff was unfriendly and not very helpful at answering questions we had.

Very good. We picked the location because it was close to the bridge. It was disappointing the bridge was closed.
Having restaurants and shops close was vey nice.

We had booked this trip for 2 years ago & had to keep changing dates because of restrictions. Everyone was helpful & attentive. The hotel was as I imagined it would be.
