Really lovely hotel which enhanced our stay in Budapest. The information on local restaurants was really useful and the small touches eg chocolate in the room was a lovely gesture which made us feel very welcomed. We have had this booking in place for two years and have had to rearrange three times due to Covid restrictions and each time we have approached you we have been treated with care, support and kindness. Thank you for this we are so glad we didnt cancel.
